In 2005 I submitted a local site to Google for hidden text and a week later the site disappeared from Google&#039;s index. But it didn&#039;t take long before it was reinstated back -- after removing those hidden text.

I guess the market where you are is not as competitive - but just out of interest have you experience any sites which have recently been banned or penalised by Google?  
 
We have seen many sites in very competitive sectors penalised for what looks like link buying their way up the search engine rankings. </description>
