		<description>Great post!  Although I would disagree slightly with your bounce rate averages, in that 30-40% would be considered industry average and acceptable, where as anything over 40% needs improvement, over 60% and there is a major issue. 
 
That said, another idea on improving said pages could be to include polls on the page asking users what additional information they would like to find.  A common high-bounce page is the Contact Us page.  People go on, look for an address or phone number or name and leave... however polls or contact forms could provide us with more detail on the specific needs and wants of our constituents to better engage and keep on the site.
