Google AdSense followed its sister products by prompting account owners to switch logins using their Google Account. This unifies the whole login process so that whenever someone accesses his/her Gmail, he or she doesn’t have to login using another account to access another Google product. Mine was a Yahoo! account and I thought it would be convenient to do so.
But wait, unified accounts can also mean more compromised information is at stake once someone steals your Google Account identity. Imagine this theft can see your incoming message at Gmail, compromise your reputation by posting a nasty blog using your Blogger handle and now, siphon the money you earn at AdSense.
This calls for more secured password. Google doesn’t hand out that security device provided by HSBC.
